WHAT IS A LIVE VIDEO TOUR?
A Video Home Tour is a live motion video tour of your listings with professional voice over describing the home. It is a powerful listing tool, more powerful than any other advertising mediums such as pictures or virtual tours. It demonstrates
to clients how you will market their property. It makes viewers feel like they are actually there. Television that encompasses a large coverage area in Southern California that will build your image.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF SHOWCASING MY LISTING?
We will set up a time and day that is convenient for you and meet you at the home. We will send you a couple forms to fill out such as Homeowner's Consent before we can put it on TV. Also, we will send you a Real Estate Listing Form to give us more information about the listing so we can edit the video accordingly. Then, one of our professional camera operator will meet with you and film the outstanding features of the home. If you are not able to make this appointment, then we also offer the opportunity to put your listing on air by using pictures alone. With our professional editing staff, there will be movement on the photos and is just as nice as using live video.
ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH TIME WARNER?
No we are not affiliated with TIME WARNER. We are a completely separate company who buys air time from TIME WARNER. We chose to air our Show on TIME WARNER because that is where homeowners go to shop for real estate.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO FILM MY LISTING?
Depending on the size of the home, it usually only takes from 30 minutes to 45 minutes of your time. This also depends on whether you as the agent would like to do an Agent Intro. Usually filming takes no longer than 45 minutes.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO EDIT THE 1 MIN VIDEO & VOICE OVER?
Depending on how close we are to deadline to meet show requirements, it will usually take three to five days. You will have a full share of the creative process. You will be contacted to proof the voice over description. Once approved by you, we will send to it to our voice over talents. Once edited, you will be contacted to review the home tour before it goes to air. Once approved, we will proceed with making your web page and CD's of the home tour which may take 1-2 weeks and will shipped to you.
CAN ANY REAL ESTATE AGENT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS SERVICE?

CAN I DO AN AGENT INTRODUCTION AND EXIT TO THE TOUR?
You will be given about 15 seconds at the beginning of your ad to do an agent introduction of the property, as well as a closing statement.
HOW MANY LISTINGS CAN I PUT ON YOUR TELEVISION PROGRAM?
An individual agent can advertise up to three listings per program and discounts are given to the second and third listing.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CONTINUE ONTO THE NEXT SHOW?
Discounts are given when you continue the same listing onto the next show.
HOW WILL PEOPLE KNOW TO WATCH FOR THIS SHOW?
Time Warner offers us 9 second commercials that will air on other channels such as ESPN called Taggables. 100 of our 9 second commercials will air per week. These commercials will direct people to watch our show during our time slots.
HOW LONG WILL MY LISTING AND OR COMMERCIAL BE ON AIR?
Your listing will air on our show e very Saturday and Sunday for an entire month.
HOW LONG WILL MY LISTINGS BE ON TELEVISION?
Your 1-min ad will air on our show twice a week for four weeks.
